Arcline Investment Management completed the monumental $2.2 billion all-cash deal, securing the Novaria Group Acquisition. This strategic move solidifies Arcline’s significant presence in the critical aerospace and defense supply chain by bringing in a proven provider of specialized engineered components and processes.
Expanding Aerospace Footprint
Arcline successfully acquired Novaria Group, a Texas-based company established in 2011. Novaria built a powerful family of suppliers that produces essential engineered components and specialty processes for commercial and defense aviation.
The company’s products currently fly aboard nearly all Boeing and Airbus aircraft in service, and the firm proudly serves more than 3,000 customers globally. This purchase follows Arcline’s significant 2024 move, when it purchased aerospace and defense contractor Kaman for $1.8 billion, demonstrating a clear strategy to grow its specialized portfolio in the sector.
Growth Strategy and Vision
The private equity firm enthusiastically partners with Novaria’s leadership, including CEO Bryan Perkins, to continue driving its successful growth strategy. Arcline recognizes Novaria’s history of identifying, acquiring, and expanding niche aerospace product businesses while maintaining a culture focused on innovation and excellent customer service.
Perkins, who originally founded the company, expressed his commitment to maintaining Novaria’s position as an enduring partner to the global aerospace industry. He noted that Arcline’s extensive aerospace experience and emphasis on growth perfectly align with the long-term vision for the newly integrated entity following the Novaria Group Acquisition.
The successful completion of the Novaria Group Acquisition signals a major commitment to enhancing defense and commercial aviation readiness.
