Maximus names Mike Keefe as the company’s new Federal Chief Growth Officer for its federal services business, immediately tasking him with driving strategic expansion across key government markets. Keefe now oversees the entire growth strategy, business development, and capture management functions spanning the civilian, health, defense, and national security sectors.
Keefe brings over two decades of robust experience in analytics, program leadership, and complex sales to his new role. He will leverage this background to strengthen engagements with federal agency partners. His appointment underscores the company’s commitment to enhancing its technology offerings.
Before assuming this pivotal role, Keefe served as a managing director at Accenture Federal Services and as vice president and general manager of the civil and defense business unit at Cognosante. He also spent more than 12 years at Booz Allen Hamilton, where he directed projects for Department of Defense clients, specializing in digital solutions, data science, and strategic management consulting.
