Chenega Corporation names Meg Arminski as its new Vice President of Human Resources, effective immediately. Arminski steps into the role previously held by Vicky Stuart, who retires after six years of service to the company. Based in the Anchorage, Alaska office, the new Chenega HR VP drives human capital strategy and organizational development for the corporation.
Charles W. Totemoff, President and CEO of Chenega, affirmed the appointment, praising Arminski’s “depth of experience and practical approach to human resources leadership.”
Arminski possesses more than two decades of dedicated HR leadership, strategic planning, and organizational development expertise, all highly relevant to the government contracting sector. Before joining Chenega, Arminski served as Senior Director of HR and Operations at Cook Inlet Region Inc. (CIRI) for over five years. She previously held the role of Senior HR Director at Chugach Government Solutions and contributed her leadership skills to Calista Corp., ENSTAR Natural Gas, and Ahtna Development Corp.
A lifelong Alaskan, Arminski completed her Bachelor of Arts in English from the University of Alaska Anchorage and earned a Master of Public Administration from the University of Alaska Southeast. She holds Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) and SHRM-Senior Certified Professional credentials. She also completed an executive leadership certificate through Cornell University and holds a Six Sigma Green Belt, currently pursuing a Six Sigma Black Belt. Her extensive background ensures strong HR leadership for Chenega HR VP operations.
