Paquete immediately steps into a crucial role, managing the company’s financial strategy and driving efforts to significantly scale its satellite manufacturing operations. Paquete brings critical aerospace finance leadership to the company, enabling it to better serve its commercial and government customers.
Deep Experience in Defense and Space
Paquete joins Terran Orbital after dedicating nearly two decades to Lockheed Martin Space. During her extensive tenure there, she spearheaded numerous high-value programs, including deep space exploration, commercial satellites, weather and Earth science initiatives, and advanced development portfolios.
She previously managed a substantial annual mission revenue, overseeing $350 million, and actively conducted independent cost evaluations across Lockheed Martin’s entire space portfolio. This depth of experience within the major defense and space contracting sector prepares her perfectly for the challenges and opportunities presented by Terran Orbital’s strategy in the defense market.
