Auria recently secured a significant Auria Public Sector Growth opportunity by appointing Army veteran Chris Hassett as Executive Vice President and General Manager of its commercial and public sector business unit. Hassett will immediately guide strategic direction, customer engagement, and operational execution across this critical market segment.
Leadership and Mission-Critical Expertise
Hassett joins the Colorado-based technology firm after nearly ten years at ManTech, where he most recently served as senior executive director for commercial software and services in the Office of the Chief Technology Officer. His career has consistently focused on delivering robust technology solutions within the government contracting space, including earlier roles at Hewlett-Packard Enterprise and SRA International. As an Army combat veteran and an alumnus of American Military University, Hassett brings a deep, mission-focused understanding of the federal agencies’ unique requirements.
Strategic Market Expansion
Auria specializes in providing command, control, and communications systems and services for space and missile operations. CEO Damian DiPippa confirmed that Hassett’s powerful combination of operational leadership, software expertise, and experience scaling technology portfolios will prove instrumental.
This executive appointment strongly positions Auria for future Auria Public Sector Growth. The firm recently collaborated with the Space Systems Command (SSC) to develop the cloud-based Joint Antenna Marketplace, demonstrating its commitment to delivering mission-critical, cutting-edge technology. Hassett’s leadership enables the company to further expand its reach across federal, international, and commercial markets, accelerating overall Auria Public Sector Growth initiatives.
