American Systems officially names Lauren Kilcoyne as its new Chief Operating Officer (COO), effective January 5. In this critical leadership role, Kilcoyne oversees company operations, spearheads business plan implementation, and supports acquisition strategies. A Proven Leader in Operations
Kilcoyne joins the executive team with over 20 years of experience in operational leadership and program management. Her expertise covers a broad spectrum of technical fields, including artificial intelligence, cybersecurity, systems engineering, and information technology.
Prior to this appointment, she served as Executive Vice President and General Manager of the Air Force division at Astrion. Her professional background also includes significant leadership roles at major industry players such as Lockheed Martin, Leidos, and Capgemini.
