Exiger and Palantir Technologies have partnered to deliver an integrated artificial intelligence capability, dramatically strengthening Defense Supply Chain Security for the U.S. Army. This collaboration equips the service with advanced, predictive tools to manage multi-tier supply chains and elevate operational readiness.
This strategic alliance combines Palantir’s leading AI platform with Exiger’s specialized 1Exiger supply chain AI software. The combined technology aims to eliminate blind spots and single points of failure, ensuring that production decisions align directly with immediate battlefield requirements. The companies understand that America’s warfighters cannot afford vulnerabilities in the industrial base or on the front lines.
Exiger previously secured a contract from the Army Materiel Command (AMC) to license its 1Exiger software. The system is designed to illuminate, orchestrate, and monitor the vast, multi-tier supply networks spanning ground combat, aviation, munitions, and missile defense categories. The AI system delivers real-time visibility into supply chain risk, surfaces faster disruption alerts, and suggests automated mitigation courses of action.
By leveraging these tools, the Army will significantly reduce production lead times, improve sustainment forecasting, and achieve a higher level of defense supply chain security. The software integrates with the Army’s existing Weapon System 360 and Vantage environments, providing commanders and acquisition executives with decision-ready intelligence.
The software actively monitors for severe risks hiding in the supply chain, including natural and man-made disasters, supplier operational and reputational issues, and foreign adversary sourcing. This creates a more predictive and responsive industrial base capable of meeting mission needs rapidly.
Defense Supply Chain Security is critical to mission success, and the new capability unlocks a level of foresight and speed never before possible in defense logistics.
