Conti Federal Services announces a series of strategic leadership appointments, significantly bolstering the Conti Federal Leadership Team to support its ambitious global growth strategy and enhance its recognized capabilities in federal construction and design-build services. These moves position the company to meet the evolving needs of its federal clients worldwide.
Strategic Shifts in Corporate Direction
The company made several key transitions to align its corporate structure with its growth objectives. Lou Zecca transitioned from Chief Operating Officer (COO) to Chief Strategy Officer, where he will guide corporate strategic initiatives. Succeeding him, Anthony Blommel received a promotion from Chief Administrative Officer to COO, now tasked with overseeing all worldwide operations.
The firm also focused on strengthening market presence and business development. Aldo Gonzalez assumed the role of Chief Marketing Officer, leading business development and brand strategy. Complementing this effort, Ryan Kanzleiter now serves as Vice President of Global Business Development, directing global client and market expansion.
New Expertise Drives Operational Efficiency
Conti Federal elevated several internal experts and brought in new talent to ensure operational excellence. Korey Mullins was elevated from Program Director to Vice President of U.S. Operations, taking charge of operations across the continental United States. Enrique Villa was named Global Director of Quality, focusing on maintaining high project standards.
The company selected Jason Roberts as Vice President of Corporate Administration, responsible for corporate governance, compliance, and risk management. Furthermore, David Olcott, previously Director of Human Resources and Safety, was named Global Director of Talent Management, where he guides company culture and leads workforce development efforts.
The Conti Federal Leadership Team also welcomed two external experts. Ricardo Nolasco joins the company as Global Director of Project Controls, overseeing cost oversight, scheduling, and performance analysis to enhance project execution. Additionally, Justin Hance, a former executive with Valiant Integrated Services and Amentum, was appointed Program Director for the Indo-Pacific region, managing the firm’s activities and delivery across that vital geographic area.
CEO Peter Ceribelli emphasized that the firm’s extraordinary growth stems directly from the talent and experience within the organization. Ceribelli noted, “As we expand into new regions and capabilities, these leadership changes ensure we stay aligned, agile, and ready to meet the evolving needs of our federal clients around the world.” The expanded Conti Federal Leadership Team stands ready to drive the firm’s forward momentum and global presence.
