Conti Federal Services secured a $97.3 million contract from the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE), Honolulu District, to construct new Company Operations Facilities (COFs) at Schofield Barracks in Oʻahu, Hawaii.
This crucial Military Construction (MILCON) project directly supports the U.S. Army‘s mission readiness in the Pacific region.
The design-bid-build (DBB) effort involves delivering five new structures on the Schofield Barracks South Range. These new facilities will centralize and streamline operations for four companies and a Troop Aid Station within the 225th Brigade Support Battalion.
The core components include constructing two Readiness Module buildings, two covered hardstands for vehicle and equipment maintenance, and one administrative module building.
The facilities specifically empower command and control functions, maintenance and inspection activities, unit supply and equipment operations, deployment readiness, and secure storage for high-value assets.
This significant infrastructure upgrade facilitates the consolidation of the 2nd Infantry Brigade Combat Team, 25th Infantry Division, reinforcing the strategic posture of the U.S. military in the Indo-Pacific.
Company leadership views the project as a critical step in strengthening the firm’s regional presence and contributing necessary infrastructure for regional stability.
