Client Solution Architects (CSA) appointed Ellen Barletto as its new Chief Growth Officer, significantly expanding her leadership responsibilities after nearly two decades of service. Barletto immediately began leveraging her extensive background to drive CSA’s strategic expansion and disciplined capture process across the federal landscape. Her deep understanding of government contractor operations and mission requirements positions the firm for its next phase of market success.
Barletto’s Two Decades of Federal Expertise
Barletto’s impressive career with CSA began as an analyst, giving her an essential ground-floor perspective. She actively supported critical defense programs, notably working with the Undersea Integration Program Office (PMW 770) within the Naval Information Warfare Systems Command. Later, she moved into key roles overseeing proposal management and business development before leading administrative functions, including contracts and human resources, most recently serving as Chief Administrative Officer.
CSA CEO Greg Blue praised her tenure, stating that her disciplined approach to capture and her ability to establish strong customer relationship pillars—spanning technical stakeholders, contracting commands, and resource sponsors—will be invaluable. Her expertise and strategic vision, now fully applied to her new role as Chief Growth Officer, will be crucial for CSA’s sustained competitiveness. Before joining the firm, Barletto managed research projects for the Department of Justice’s environmental division.
