The Department of Homeland Security (DHS) seeks contractors to provide crucial Skip Tracing Services under a new Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract. U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) requires this support to efficiently locate and confirm the addresses of individuals currently on the agency’s docket.
This multiple-award IDIQ contract establishes a combined potential ceiling value of up to $180 million over a two-year performance period, consisting of a one-year base period and one option year. The initiative addresses a significant operational requirement for ICE’s Office of Enforcement and Removals (ERO) as it manages a caseload estimated at approximately 1.5 million individuals.
Contractors will utilize government-furnished case data, commercial data verification sources, and physical observation services to verify or find new addresses. The statement of work demands comprehensive, real-time Skip Tracing Services, including automated and manual research capabilities.
A core requirement is the collection of photographic and documentary evidence to confirm the location of an individual’s residence or place of employment. The agency expects each selected vendor to manage a high-volume monthly caseload, receiving approximately 50,000 last known addresses to investigate.
The solicitation for Skip Tracing Services represents a major opportunity for vendors offering specialized location and data verification capabilities to support a critical component of national security and enforcement operations.
