HighPoint Digital elevated Mike Spagna to the role of President, recognizing his profound impact and over two decades of experience within the federal contracting sector. Spagna, who joined the Indianapolis-based IT and customer experience services provider in 2021, most recently served as the company’s Executive Vice President and Chief Operations Officer.
In that capacity, he oversaw overall operations and spearheaded service delivery and growth across the federal market. Previously, he directed the federal civilian sector as Senior Vice President.
Spagna brings a wealth of leadership experience from other significant roles in the industry. He held the position of Director of Civilian Programs at MetroStar Systems before joining HighPoint. His background also includes over eight years as a Senior Program Manager at CACI International.
Furthermore, he worked as a Principal Analyst at Applied Systems Research and served as an Associate and Senior Consultant at Booz Allen Hamilton. Early in his career, Spagna gained valuable consulting experience at Verizon Communications.
